If you’re in London and haven’t visited Queer Britain yet, add it to your list. Located in King’s Cross, this is the UK’s first national LGBTQ+ museum, celebrating queer stories, art, and activism, past and present.

Its debut exhibition, We Are Queer Britain!, marks 50 years of Pride and showcases everything from Oscar Wilde’s prison door to Olly Alexander’s rainbow cape. The space is bright, inclusive, and full of heart.

Entry is free, it’s fully accessible, and there’s a fab queer-focused shop. Whether you’re local or just visiting, it’s a powerful reminder of how far we’ve come and how much queer joy and resistance still thrives.
📍 King’s Cross, London
Open Wed–Sun, 12–6pm
